Return Window

7-Day Return Policy: You can return most items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The return period starts from the date you receive your order. Items must be return within this timeframe to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Eligible for Return

The following items are eligible for returns:

  • Unused and unworn products with original tags attached
  • Products in original packaging
  • Items returned in the same condition as received
  • Products with all original components and accessories
  • Items not damaged due to customer misuse
  • Defective or damaged products (in any condition)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products used or worn
  • Items without original tags or labels
  • Heavily damaged products (unless due to manufacture defect)
  • Perishable items and consumables
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products returned outside the 7-day window
  • Items without proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

Initiate Return
Log in to your account and go to "My Orders" section. Click on the product you wish to return and select the reason for return.

Request Approval
Fill in the return reason details. Our team will review your request and approve it within 24 hours.

Pickup Arrangement
Once approved, a pickup request will be scheduled. Our logistics partner will collect the item from your location.

Quality Check
The returned item will be inspected at our warehouse to verify its condition and authenticity.

Refund Processing
Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

What Will Be Refunded?

  • Product price
  • Applicable taxes

What Will NOT Be Refunded?

  • Shipping charges (unless it's our error)
  • Delivery fees
  • Discount coupons or promo codes used

Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 3rd party wallet/UPI providers may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchange Policy

Instead of returning an item, you can opt for an exchange within the 7-day window. An exchange allows you to swap your product for a different size, color, or variant at no additional cost.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Same return conditions as refund returns apply
  • Product must be available in the desired size/color
  • No additional charges if the new item costs the same or less
  • If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
  • If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can report it immediately:

How to Report Damage?

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
  • Do not open the product packaging unnecessarily
  • Contact our customer service with order details and photos
  • An instant replacement or full refund will be provided

For manufacturing defects discovered after use, return within 7 days with proof. The product will be replaced or refunded.

Special Cases

What if I didn't receive my order?
Report it within 5 days of the delivery date. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund.
Can I return items purchased during sales?
Yes, sale items follow the same return policy. Original price will be refunded, not the discounted price.
What if I want to return multiple items from one order?
You can return individual items or all items from your order. Just initiate separate return requests for each product.
Can I refuse delivery and get a refund?
If you refuse delivery, shipping charges may apply. It's better to accept and initiate a return for refund.
How long does pickup take after approval?
Pickup is usually scheduled within 2-3 business days after return approval.
