Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item or size sent)

The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact

Sale or discounted items

Products damaged due to improper use or handling
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for size or product defects

Exchange requests must follow the same eligibility conditions as returns

Replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received and approved
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), Kartlo will bear the return shipping cost

Otherwise, return shipping charges must be paid by the customer
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled
